We will consider ALL of the homes available for sale to meet your requirements, including the Multiple Listing Service, Builder’s new homes and For Sale by Owners. This will save you time in having to search different sources.

Being a member of the Multiple Listing Service allows us to show any home listed in the entire area. We have access to information on every home listed on the market.

We can work with most builders and can get all the information you need, but we will need to accompany you to the property on the initial visit. By letting us help you, you get all of our services and those offered by the builder as well.  

You'll get more service by working with us, but you won't pay more for it. If you should see an ad in the paper or a sign in a yard by another company, builder or an owner, call us to find out the information. If you want to see it, we'll show it
